1. Branding and ownership

The Flied name and logo are used as trademarks by Ian Pribanic. Copyright in original website material owned by Ian Pribanic is reserved. Viewing this website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy the Flied branding, claim an affiliation, or redistribute protected material, except where permitted by applicable law or an applicable license.

Third-party photographs, names, recipes, software, and other materials retain their respective ownership and license terms. This notice does not claim exclusive ownership of fishing fly patterns, common pattern names, public-domain works, or material made available under a third-party license.

2. Using this website

You may browse the public pages, share links to them, and use the product information to evaluate Flied for your own tying work or business. Any copying or reuse of protected content must be permitted by law, its stated license, or the relevant rights holder.

Use the website lawfully. Do not impersonate Flied, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software through it, attempt to access other users’ records, or access credentials or systems without authorization.

3. Product previews and availability

Flied’s public commercial release is in development. Product descriptions, screenshots, and illustrative examples describe the app or its intended experience; features and availability may change. Sample quantities and prices in illustrative examples are not offers for sale.

The advertised monthly subscription is $11.99 USD per month and the yearly subscription is $99.99 USD per year. Both renew at their selected interval until canceled. Taxes and the applicable purchase terms are shown at checkout. When enabled, secure checkout, receipts, and paid delivery use Lemon Squeezy. Viewing these pages, contacting support, or opening a checkout does not itself create a paid subscription or grant a desktop license. Final desktop license and refund conditions must be provided before sales open. Sales are not open yet. Checkout and secure downloads are being prepared with Lemon Squeezy.

4. Marketplace and cloud services

Etsy and Shopify connections depend on the relevant platform’s approval, availability, configuration, and seller authorization. Cloud assistance also requires configuration and user consent. Their inclusion in product information is not a promise that a connection is available to every visitor or shop.

Third-party services have their own terms and data policies. Flied is an independent product; third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

5. Data and privacy

Read the Data & privacy overview for information about this website, local app records, marketplace connections, and optional Gill cloud help. Do not send passwords, marketplace access tokens, payment card information, or other secrets to the public support email.

6. Website information and changes

The website is provided as available for general product information. Continuous availability, completeness, and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

These website terms may be updated as Flied develops. The date above identifies this version. Any future app purchase or license will be governed by the terms provided for that transaction.
