Is Flied a website or a desktop app?
Flied is a Windows desktop app. This website introduces the app and will provide purchasing and download information when the public release is ready.
Where does my work live?
Your patterns, photos, tasks, materials, and finished inventory are stored locally on your Windows computer. Marketplace connections use a hosted service for authorization and order syncing. Keep backups of your local workspace. Read the data overview.
Do I have to enter every pattern myself?
No. The app includes 50 starter recipes across 10 categories, including dry flies, nymphs, streamers, and poppers. Make an editable copy of a starter pattern or add your own. Example photos are included for some patterns, and you can replace them with your own images.
Can I connect my Etsy or Shopify shop now?
Public shop connections are not open yet. The integration is in development and requires platform approval and configuration. The intended connection imports order information with your authorization; it does not change marketplace listings, inventory, payments, or fulfillment.
Is Gill’s cloud assistant required?
No. Local app guidance is available without cloud assistance. Cloud help is optional, requires service setup and your consent, and shares a limited amount of relevant workspace context. Read about Gill’s data handling.
How much will Flied cost?
Pricing and license terms haven’t been announced. This page does not currently accept payments, issue licenses, or offer a public installer. Purchase and download details will be published here when they are ready.
